How to use the scheduler

• Click on the Schedule link on the left side of this page.
• Log in to the scheduling system using your email address and password.
• If you don't recall your password, click on the "I forgot my password" link.

First Time Users

Please read through the instructions below then complete them to register and use the scheduler:

• Click on "Schedule" on the left of this page.
• The scheduler will open. Click on "Click here to register".
• Complete the registration form. Only fields marked " * " are required.
• Click on the "Register" button.
• You will then be logged in without permission to make reservations. The administrator will automatically be notified and registering partnership members will shortly thereafter be given permission to place reservations.

Visitors are welcome to enjoy the general information, but the scheduler requires a login and password.
